I have known Elisha for over 25 years. During those years she has consistently demonstrated a keen interest in working to provide for the needs of others. She demonstrated this wonderful quality as she served to organize and to teach the young people at our African Methodist Episcopal Church summer Bible camp for eight years. At a time when it took special skills of communication and patience to work with our youth, she revealed exceptional organization skills balanced with great love. She was able to gain the respect of the students and encourage them to move forward in a very productive, team-oriented manner. I still have the booklet of the individual letters all of her students wrote and compiled to unborn children.
She is a gifted singer and musician who has always been happy to use her God-given talent when and where needed. She has organized choirs and ensembles for all age groups in her church and at the meetings of Pacific Northwest Annual Conference. Finally, Elisha Mitchell is a people person with the heart, intellect, and spirit to assist in taking any program to the next level. I strongly recommend her to you.
